1. How can I register my company?
1. Choose a business structure.

2. What is the difference between Khula and Divorce?
Divorce is the right of the husband to dissolve a marriage while khula is the right of a wife to seek separation by returning her dower (mehr) or forging her financial rights. Divorce can process in the union council and khula can only process in the process.
3. What is the process of registration of property and declaration of legal heirs?
Property can be registered before the registrar. A legal heirship certificate is required when a person dies leaving behind immovable property i.e. Home, Land and Plot etc.
4. How can I lodge FIR for dishonor of cheque.
The dishonorship will be issued from the bank and can be lodge FIR v/s 489F under Pakistan Federal Code.
5. How can I serve legal notice?
It can be served by the sender himself or through his appointed advocate. The legal notice is a warning given to a person to fulfill a certain condition before filling a legal suit against him, if he does not want to take the matter into the court.
